Attorney Thomas Killino, Esq. brings extensive courtroom and legal experience to MHK Attorneys. A former Assistant District Attorney, private practitioner, and Child Custody Master, Tom provides knowledgeable representation in Family Law, Estate Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Landlord-Tenant matters.
A graduate of Wilkes University and the Widener University School of Law, Tom combines a strong educational background with practical legal experience. His service as a Child Custody Master in Luzerne County gives him unique insight into custody and family law matters, while his prosecutorial experience has strengthened his litigation and courtroom advocacy skills.
Tom is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts and multiple federal district courts. He is also an active member of several state and local bar associations, his church community, and his children’s school.
