Emeline L. Kitchen Diener - Land & Title Attorney
Attorney Emeline Kitchen Diener started her career in the legal field working for a hospital management corporation, AID Inc. in Bala Cynwyd, PA. This included contract drafting and reviewing and EEOC claims. When the corporation was sold, Attorney Diener ventured out on her own, opening a practice focusing on family law, real estate contracts disputes, civil litigation and land use. Emeline then joined forces with Herbert F. Rubinestein in Broad Axe, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
This was a general civil practice, with a preponderance of local taxation, municipal solicitorship, and several zoning hearing board solicitorships.
When this office closed, Emeline began focusing her talents working with Attorney Joseph P. Hanyon in civil litigation and municipal zoning matters. In her spare time, Emeline enjoys being a legal journalist and has had many articles published to date.
